Gambling Software Deal: SkillOnNet adds Playson, Spade Gaming

SkillOnNet to Feature Playson Casino Games in Another New Content Deal

SkillOnNet to Feature Playson Casino Games in Another New Content DealThe digital gambling industry is brimming with content development firms. They come in all sizes. There are juggernauts like Microgaming and Playtech, who boast thousands of games in their bulging portfolios. Then there are small independent studios, featuring a few dozen titles or so. Each company adds value to the market in its own way. It is common for smaller groups to produce the most exquisite, detail-oriented games, in turn supplying them to larger companies to bolster their portfolios.

That’s exactly the type of deal that took place this week. SkillOnNet, a long-time industry leader with 3,500+ games on its menu, is announcing a new partnership. The company is teaming up with Playson, a small company with a big reputation. This contract marks the second deal in as many months for SkillOnNet.

In a press release on Tuesday, SkillONet praised the new content deal with Playson. According to the contract, all of Playson’s iGaming titles will earn a spot in the already impressive portfolio of SkillOnNet. Playson’s current suite has more than 85 omnichannel games. Some of its most impressive highlights include Pirate Sharky Slot, Royal Coins: Hold and Win, and Treasure of Fire: Scatter Pays.

With headquarters in Malta, the Playson company, along with its digital suite of games, has been experiencing swift growth from day one. Playson burst onto the scene with an inaugural exhibit at ICE 2014, featuring vibrant and engaging slot machines with unique mechanics. The company made a quick name for itself that year.

Today, Playson operates in 20+ regulated markets, from Canada to much of Europe. It has content deals with 30+ iGaming suppliers, delivering its content to some of the world’s largest iGaming portfolios; names like Microgaming Quickfire, Pragmatic Solutions, and iSoftBet.

Commentary & Commendations from the Top

Playson Sales Director, Blanka Homor, comments:

“SkillOnNet is a major tier one operator and software provider and so this deal is another major milestone in our amazing growth story. Through this deal, and others like it, Playson is strongly positioned to meet its ambitions of delivering entertainment and satisfaction to the lives of the busy world.“

On behalf of SkillOnNet, Head of Games Jani Kontturi says:

“We’re thrilled to partner up with a dynamic and exciting company like Playson and we’re delighted to bolster our platform with a truly fantastic collection of games. It’s a really diverse portfolio of exciting titles, developed with engaging math and wrapped in beautiful aesthetics.“

Two New Partners in Two Months for SkillOnNet

Playson isn’t the only software suite new to the SkillOnNet platform these days. Just last month, the global gaming and entertainment group announced a similar content deal with Spade Gaming. Another small-time independent studio, Spade Gaming is best known for its thrilling slot machines and skill-based arcade titles.

Both Spade Gaming and Playson casino games are available on an eclectic variety of individually- and/or SkillOnNet-powered online casinos. These include world-famous LeoVegas Mobile,  Ontario’s own PlayOjo, and even a few of Canada’s favorite Bitcoin casinos, like 321CryptoCasino and Rock’n’Rolla.

Overall, the SkillOnNet portfolio boasts more than 3,500 gambling digital amusements. They span every genre of casino gaming; from classic reel slots, video slots and progressives, to RNG and live dealer tables games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, craps, etc.), to specialties like bingo and instant-win games, and everything in between.
