How to Play the All New Live Crazy Time Game Show from Evolution
Evolution Gaming, the award-winning creator of the world’s most celebrated live casino games, is still at it. One of their latest creations is Crazy Time Live. The all-new Crazy Time builds on the past success of the Dream Catcher Wheel Game, known at Ontario’s PlayOLG Casino as Dream Wheeler. In this version, the highest numbers (20 and 40) are removed to make way for a collection of crazy bonus games, where players can win incredible prizes.

If you’re familiar with Dream Wheel, Crazy Time will be a cinch to learn. If not, you shouldn’t have any trouble catching on after a few rounds of play. On the surface, it’s a basic money wheel game. You’ll place your bet(s) on the position(s) you think will win on the next spin. If you’re wrong, you lose. But if right, you win, and may even get to participate in one of four exciting bonus games. Base Game – Betting and Pay TableTo start, every player will make a bet. If you’re not comfortable yet, you can skip the betting and just watch. In fact, I’d recommend it at first, just to get a feel for the game. There are a total of 54 positions on the wheel. Each position contains a number or feature name. Every number and feature can be wagered on. If your chosen number or feature lands on the wheel, you win the prize (for number bets) or the opportunity to participate in the feature bonus game. If a feature wins and you did not bet on that feature, you get to watch, but will not participate in the bonus game. Optional betting positions, odds and payouts/features include:
The Spinning of the Top Slot and WheelOnce all bets are placed and the game begins, there are two different spins taking place at the same time. One is the Top Slot. The other is the big wheel with all the winning segments. Top Slot: The Top Slot is a two-position spinner that will randomly choose one segment on the wheel, and a multiplier to be amended to that segment. For example, if the top Slot lands on Pachinko and 3x, a multiplier of x3 will attach to the two Pachinko positions on the wheel. If the winning outcome is Pachinko, after the bonus game plays out, all players who bet on Pachinko will receive their prize, multiplied by 3. The wheel, of course, spins out the result of the game. It will determine whether a number segment wins, or a bonus game will be played. Numbers payout according to their value. A winning 2 pays 2 to 1, and a winning 5 pays 5 to 1. If the Top Slot spins out a multiplier on a number segment and that number wins, the multiplier is applied. For example, if the Top Slot selects 5 with a 2x multiplier, all bets on 5 will double to x10 (payout 10 to 1). |

The bonus games are what give Crazy Time its name. Each bonus is wacky and wildly rewarding in its own unique way. I’ve detailed the rules and gameplay of each feature below. Coin Flip BonusThis bonus feature is just as simple as it sounds. A coin is flipped, resulting in either red or blue. Before it is flipped, two random multipliers are chosen. One attaches to red, the other to blue. The color of the coin flip determines the multiplier each participant receives as their payout. For example, if you bet $5 and the multiplier is 3x, you win $15. Cash Hunt BonusThis is an interactive bonus game in which all active players participate. The screen becomes a large shooting gallery, where 108 colorful symbols are on display. Each player will aim their target at one of the symbols. Your goal is to shoot the symbol that’s hiding the largest multiplier. When the timer runs out, the cannon shoots your chosen symbol. Your bet wins according to the multiplier you reveal. Because it’s an interactive game, all players can win different multiplier amounts. Pachinko BonusWhen this segment of the wheel wins, a large Pachinko board appears. The game’s host will drop the puck into the board. At the bottom of the board are a series of multipliers, and a position marked DOUBLE. If the puck drops into a multiplier, it signifies the amount each player wins. If the puck drops into the DOUBLE slot, all the multipliers at the bottom are doubled, and the host will drop the puck again. This can occur indefinitely, until the multiplier reaches a maximum of 10,000x. Crazy Time BonusThis is the craziest game of all, and the hardest to trigger in the Live Casino Time Game Show. The mysterious Red Door opens, leading players into a virtual world with a massive money wheel. Before the wheel spins, each player must choose the color flapper they want to win on; blue, green or yellow. The host then presses a big red button. The multiplier your color flapper lands on denotes your payout. If your color flapper lands on a DOUBLE or TRIPLE segment, you get to keep playing. All multipliers increase by double or triple the amount, then the wheel spins again. Only players who chose the flapper color that triggered the double or triple multiplier get to partake in the extended game. |
