Flutter signs with Evolution in Live Casino Deal

Flutter Entertainment is in the news again this month, contracting Evolution live dealer games for its iGaming operations.

Flutter Ent. in the News Again, contracting Evolution Live Dealer Games

It seems like once every few years, something happens in the online gambling industry that rocks it right down to its core. Sometimes, it’s legal matters, like the 2011 Black Friday of Online Poker. Other times, it’s a major M&A move, like the $4.9 billion acquisition of PokerStars parent company by Amaya Gaming (now The Stars Group) in 2014.

Earlier this month, another monumental event took place as Flutter Entertainment, London-based owner of multiple iGaming operations like Paddy Power, Betfair and Sportsbet, negotiated an $11bn merger with Rational Group. Of notable mention, there’s a common denominator here. PokerStars, a subsidiary of Rational Group, was heavily involved each of these mind-boggling industry events.

But that’s not today’s great topic of import. Today, Flutter Entertainment is making headlines yet again, barely three weeks after that epic merger was announced. This time, they’re dabbing ink on a contract with Evolution Gaming that will see the company’s major online casino brands gaining access to the world’s number one live casino tables.

Flutter Ent. Contracts Evolution Live Dealer Games

Flutter and Evolution have signed a landmark deal that will see the decade-long favorite in the live dealer table games market launching its platform on Flutter’s flagship brands, Paddy Power and Betfair. In what Evolution deems “a major Live Casino deal”, all of its live table games will become accessible to members of those leading internet gambling sites.

Flutter and Evolution sign Live Casino Deal

“This is a landmark agreement for Evolution,” comments Evolution Gaming’s Chief Commercial Officer, Sebastian Johannisson, in a press release. “A significant deal that we have been working towards for a number of years. We are thrilled at the prospect of Flutter Entertainment’s powerhouse brands Paddy Power and Betfair presenting our world-leading Live Casino offering and we are sure that their players will relish our live game shows offering.”

Johannisson goes on to explain his company’s honour in working alongside such a respected iGaming conglomerate as Flutter Entertainment. “Our companies are very well matched in terms of ambition and culture, and we are confident that we are the perfect partner to take their Live Casino offering to the next level.”

Paddy Power Commercial Director Mike Phelan shared equivocal esperance for the future of their partnership. “We have seen the strong performance from Evolution’s product line over recent years. We are incredibly excited to be able to extend our offering in the Live Casino space by offering our players exclusive big brand live games such as Deal or No Deal Live and Lightning Roulette, to name just two of the big attractions in the Evolution games portfolio.”

Award-Winning Games in Live Casino Deal

Evolution’s live dealer tables are universally recognized as the best in the business, and they have been for more than a decade. The company is the sole receptionist of the EGR Live Casino Supplier of the Year Award, having claimed that trophy back-to-back-to-back for the last 10 years running – ever since the EGR B2B Awards were founded in 2009.

The brand’s live game show titles are particularly attractive among today’s players; titles like Monopoly Live, Lightning Dice, Dream Catcher, and as Phelan mentioned in his statement, Deal or No Deal Live. Evolution’s trademark suite of live dealer blackjack tables are also on the menu, along with live roulette, baccarat, sic bo and more.
