9 WSOP Main Event Prize Packages Up for Grabs

It began in April and will continue through June 16, wherein members can compete in a range of satellite competitions for a chance at winning an expenses-paid trip to the 2019 WSOP Main Event.

The Quebec-regulated poker site will give away a total of 9 WSOP prize packages before the promotion is over. Each package includes the US$10,000 buy-in (approx CA$13,500) for the WSOP Main Event, plus CA$2,000 deposited into each winner’s EspaceJeux account to cover travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and spending cash along the way.

This year’s main event should be a spectacularly popular one. Every year, the game’s greatest legends come out to vie for the most coveted prize of all. But this year is stacking up to be the biggest of them all. This year, every pro from all over the planet will turn up in hopes of capturing the 50^th Annual WSOP Championship bracelet.

Note: If any player happens to win more than one prize package – or if a winner will not be at least 21 years of age (the legal age to gamble in US) by the tournament’s start date of July 3, 2019 – the player will instead receive $2,000 cash, plus $13,500 worth of tournament credits, each deposited into their EspaceJeux.com player account.

Quebec Poker Player Vie for WSOP Monster Stack

The Main Event isn’t the only event worth winning a seat to in the 50th Annual WSOP. LotoQuebec will also be awarding a minimum of 60 prize packages to the WSOP Monster Stack, valued at CA$3,250 each. That tournament kicks off June 21, featuring a US$1,500 buy-in and a super deep starting stack of 50,000.

Qualifiers will each receive the U$1,500 buy-in plus CA$1,200 in spending cash to reach Las Vegas and secure accommodations, with a little spending cash left over. Like WSOP Main Event satellites, any player skilled enough to qualify for 2 or more WSOP Monster Stack prize packages will receive additional winnings in cash+tournament credits.
