Wild Pixies is a 5×3, 20-line video slot with the usual object of lining up matching symbols to initiate a win. There are four fairies on the reels, two males and two females, plus playing card values of A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 rounding out the online slot’s standard symbols. The Pixie Wings are the Wild, and the precious Diamond is the Scatter.
The wild is the highest paying symbol when lined up with other wilds, and does the usual job of substituting for all other standard symbols to help create payouts. The scatters appear only on reels 1, 3 and 5. If they appear on reels 1 and 3, and just miss on reel 5, a Scatter Nudge feature triggers, nudging it back into view. With or without the nudge feature, landing 3 scatters at once initiates Roaming Wilds Free Spins.
This feature begins with 8 free spins. During free games, all naturally occurring wilds wings will be captured in one of 6 circles atop the screen. For every 2 wings collected, the player receives +2 free spins, and those two wings are sent floating back onto the game board in random positions. These roaming wilds will continue to move about the reels with each spin until the free games are over.
Players can only capture up to 6 wings, and scatters will not appear on the reels during free games.
